Good Morning All!
Set a timer for 30 minutes. Once the timer is up class is dismissed. Do not panic if you did not finish the agenda in thirty minutes. Remember you are working at your own pace to increase your understanding. I only ask that you do your best : )
Attendance:
Focus Question:
This thing we are all a part of is living history and it will be talked about for generations to come. Schools are closed, major events are canceled, and people are quarantined on a global level. During our time apart we will blog and create a primary source that can be shared with students of the future. How is COVID-19 impacting our way of life?
Global Current Events (Optional):
Explaining global news to a global audience: This is the mission of CNN 10
Submit Your Assignments (DUE MAY 1):
Work Period:
INITIAL POST DUE WEDNESDAY/COMMENT ON TWO OTHER POSTS BY FRIDAY
Log into your Edublog (If you haven't created one or forgot your login information, please visit the April 1st agenda)
Create a new post
Choose a song that you think represents some or all of the COVID-19 crisis. The song does not specifically have to be related to COVID-19 but it should represent something in government, the importance of social distancing, businesses opening or closing, etc. This assignment has a great deal of flexibility which could make it more difficult for some off you...my biggest advice is to NOT overthink it and have fun with it.
Things to include in your post:
The title of the song
An embedded video or picture
A quote of which lyric(s) reminds you of this pandemic
A paragraph explaining the relationship
This post is open to ANY genre of music, but ABSOLUTELY NO PROFANITY, HATE, OR SUGGESTIVE LYRICS!
OR:
Chapter 5: Georgia’s Judicial Branch (Pages 108-125) and fill in this form.
